My jotform account has been downgraded, im not sure why, i did not impose this downgrade. I was on holiday in europe last 2 months.

    My account was started in czech republic, but i dont live there, I reside in australia. All my customers are in australia. Please help asap as I desperately need to get access to all those forms i created. At the moment I cannot get access, it is rejecting my password. How can I get this sorted quickly ?

    Can you please confirm that your JotForm account/username is rang27

    I reviewed the account and I see that it is in BRONZE-Monthly paid plan at this time.

    You can check your subscription in the Billing section of your account or use this link https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/billing
