I need to make changes to the submitted forms I am receiving.

I am printing them on pdf file.

I am attaching the jpg file on what exactly I wanted to have when printing the submitted documents.

I wanted the rows in between more compressed so that I don't need to use more papers when printing themI hope you can help me on this.

that is correct.

however, that is not the format that is showing up, on pdf.

we need to print the forms our candidates have filled up.

I see what you mean, unfortunately, the PDF submission report does not show up form fields, just the labels and the submitted data. However, there is a workaround to print your form with the user's filled data in it, please check this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/335-How-to-Print-the-Form-with-the-Users-Data

Have you tried to add Print button to your form and print the form using Print button? 

I have cloned your form and added Print button. This is how PDF looks like on my end I printed the form.

It looks exactly the same as your live form.
