How do we close our account?

We would like to close our account, how do we go about doing this?

I see you're on Bronze plan, if you want to close the account you need to go to Billing page and downgrade your plan to Free (by clicking the Downgrade button below Free plan), so your subscription will cancel.

Then if you want to delete your account we need to do that for you just let us know.
