Content of "Text" field is not being displayed in submissions.

On my session contracts, I have an entire text box of our conditions and terms.  However, we I receive a completed form, it only shows the fields that the client typed something into.  Meaning... I would like to print out a copy of the completed contract that includes their entries, as well as our terms and conditions.  Please advise.

If I understand your question correctly, you want to display the content of the "Text" field in your form's submission page. Is that correct?

Please note that by default the header, images and text fields are not displayed in submissions page & PDFs but with a little workaround it is possible to achieve your requirement.
