If I add a field to my form like Phone #, is there a way to send it with the payment to paypal so it is captured on the payment?

Sorry, but I was not able to understand the issue. Do you want to use the Phone number as a Payment via PayPal? Or do you want the Phone number of the client to be displayed in PayPal?
To view form submissions, please follow this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/269-How-to-View-Form-Submissions. You can also edit, forward email, reply email, view, print, or download the form response on the submission page.
Could you please explain the issue further so we can assist you properly? Thank you for your cooperation.

Yes, thanks John. If I make the paypal button in paypal and customize it to include the phone number. when I embed it in a web page, I can add the phone number and then it becomes a field within the paypal payment. I added a phone number field on my new Jotform form, but it doesn't end up in PayPal. I hope that makes sense. Thank you

We do not have such option. However, the Contact Telephone Number feature at PayPal should be compatible with our integration if you enable that option.
If you need any further assistance, please let us know.
