Want to send a PDF file after input email address

Thanks for contacting us. Please let me know if it is the empty form or is the submitted data that you want your users to be able to save?

If it is the empty form that you want your users to download:

1.  Get your form's URL by clicking Preview and copying the URL in preview window
2.  Append the form id (the numbers in the url) to http://www.jotform.com/pdf/ so it becomes, for example http://www.jotform.com/pdf/115427896650

3.  Distribute this pdf download link to your users

 To enable your users to save a pdf with their submission data, you would need to send the download link to the pdf file via the form's autoresponder.

To learn how create an autoresponder email, please click here. After creating the autoresponder for your form, insert this link on the body of the email:

http://www.jotform.com/pdf-submission/{id}

The placeholder {id} will be replace by the users' submission id, thus allowing them to download the file using this link.

Do you want to send PDF report to your user that will contain data that they have submitted? 

If so, need to set PDF Attachment option to YES inside of Autoresponder email settings. You can also attach other files to Autoresponder email.

You can add PDF link {pdf-link} or link that was provided by zeynepozdemir inside of the body of email Template.
