    I'm not able to find the submission?

    I am not sure if my first contact went through. i got an email about "spam"

     

    Last week, I looked into my submissions for the "Friday Intensive" and downloaded them, but dont recall deleting them.

     

    can they be retrieved?

    I checked your submissions and there are 60 of them:

    I checked the logs and there is no record of deleting of any submission.

    I'm not sure if you have a missing submission or you are not sure if you deleted it? You have that email in the spam folder in your email?

    This is a very interesting response.
    Given that I didnt delete any, it seems there should be at least 29 entries
    to the log (according to the image included in your email), and yet only

    I have been checking your account email history and did not find any recent submission deletion, you could also check your account activity history by following this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/370-How-to-View-Your-Account-Activity-Logs 

    Do you have the details of those submissions? 

    Do you have the report you downloaded previously? 

    If so, please share it with us so we can check those submissions and the ones showing in your JotForm account, you could email it to support@jotform.com

    We will be glad to further check this on our end.

    I am not sure that you understand.
    I am trying to understand why the names aren't there any longer. If I
    didn't delete them, where are they? There were about 15 names there last
    week. Why is it showing 60 and there is only one submission to the
    spreadsheet.

    I checked your submissions again, and you had the filter set up, to show only for this month:

    So you should set it up to show for all time:

    Please try and all your submissions should show.
