My Logic/Conditions Stop Working

For some reason, when I put in my conditions for "hide page based on selection" they are fine at first, but then all of a sudden some just stop working. I have 47 far, but I need to put in many more. Conditions 15-42 don't work anymore. I sent a snip of some of them. Also, when I "view form" from the main page (not in build mode) it will not clear out. Help!

I tested your form and I was able to replicate mentioned issue. On my cloned form conditional logic that is set for Parent or Guardian is also not working. 

On my cloned form I was able to resolve the issue by creating new conditions for Parent or Guardian option. Did you maybe used Duplicate condition option? I think that one of your conditions was somehow corrupted and it was not working properly. Then by duplicating that condition duplicated conditions also did not work.

Please recreate conditions that are not working. I also noticed that you are hiding multiple pages based on some option and you mentioned that you need to create many more conditions. Instead of hiding multiple pages I would suggest you to use Skip to page on next button option. This way you will reduce number of conditions.
