Auto response email not being sent

    People that are completing the form are not receiving the auto response email.

    I submitted your form to review if I will get the autoresponder email and it worked on my test submission.

     

    Here is the screenshot of the email I got.

     

    From what I checked on your form existing submissions, it look like you were just using the Test Email button in the form email templates. If you want to test/check the actual email of form submission, you need to submit the form itself.

    We would like to suggest checking a Spam/Junk folder.

    If you are still not getting the emails, provide us with the affected email address.
