How can I include the Text Fields on my email template?

    3- When I print the completed contract or view it in my email, it does not include all of the information from the original contract. Is there a way I can change my settings so that I receive the contract in it's entirety after my client completes it?

    You're probably referring to the Text Fields you added on your form. Text Fields are not Input Fields so they are not included on your email templates. You'd have to manually copy and paste if you want them included on your email template.
