Meu formulário de cadastro não está funcionando.

    Faço o cadastro e ele responde que só é permitido 1 submissão e eu já configurei para 1000, depois para data e sempre responde a mesma coisa.

    I have checked your Jotform and see that the unique submissions option is set to Cookies and IP.

    This is restricting the form to receive multiple submissions from the same computer. You may disable the option by following the guide below:
