Will our data remain once we are downgraded to the Free status?

    We are completing our campaign and no longer require the Jotform subscription, but we want our account to still remain archived for future use. I hope that is possible as we downgrade to the basic option.

    Yes, your account will remain active and your forms will not be altered. The account will just become subject to the Free status limits instead of the Bronze limits.

    As to submissions, please note that your downgrade to the Free status will allow you to have a maximum of 500 submissions stored.
