Form embedded in Squarespace hides header and navigation buttons

    For some reaason when I add my form to my site in Squarespace it completely hides my header navigation and company logo

    Hi,

    Upon checking your website, I'm seeing the fixed header with the navigation buttons "Success Stories" and "Schedule Online". Here's a screencast of it:

    Also, upon checking your website's code, I see that you have embedded the form using the default embed script? Is that correct? Based on this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/37-Adding-a-form-to-Squarespace, if your platform is Squarespace, the code that you should be using is the iFrame embed code which was generated if you navigate to your Publish->Platforms and search for Squarespace. Could you please confirm if you have followed the instruction mentioned in the link for Squarespace?

    We realized the person who embedded this code used the wrong source. We've
    since fixed it, thanks for the response though!
