    Hello!

I work for a company in Houston, Texas. We are looking to start collecting information & data from clients, however we want to have the data export into a PDF file that generated a nice report from all the important info inputted!

Can you help? Or refer us?

The closest report that I could think of that you are looking for is a Visual Report. This tallies the information into charts based on the submissions that you have received. Unfortunately, there currently is no option to place the report into a PDF. But you can print the report and if you have the Print to PDF option set on your computer, you can have the document into a PDF format.

Please check out these guides for more information:

There are also other reports available such as the Excel/CSV report, HTML table report, and RSS listing report. You can check out this chapter of the guide for this information: https://www.jotform.com/help/chapter-6-Reports
