Can I let users update their registration any time after subimiting?

I need to build a registration form for a conference and let users select the sessions they would like to attend.

- Can I build a grid with all the differents sessions available?

- Can I give the user the possibility to change the sessions they selected if the change their mind after submitting the request? For example the next day o the day after tomorrow?

- Can I embed the for in my wordpress?
