I created 1 form. However, it says I created 4

I created 1 form and it says I created 4. I signed up for the free account because I only need to make 5 forms.

When I check your Jotform account, it seems you have created two forms and you can also create 3 more forms. When you login to your JotForm account, you can view your current usage by clicking on the human shape icon at the top right corner of the page. Or by simply navigating to you Account->Usage page.
