Please could you tell me which Operating Systems and Browsers Jotform works best under, and the ones to avoid.

JotForm works well with all Operating Systems and Browsers and also JotForm's security systems work well with all OS and Browsers.
You don't need to avoid any OS or Browser.

I've had 4 or 5 clients this week, quite randomly, unable to submit their responses although they can open the survey and complete the survey questions.
Could you offer any explanation please, as you say it isn't an OS/browser issue.
I'd not had this problem with other similar tools, it has to be said.

Could you let us know the exact issue happening with the form? Is there any error message displayed after submitting the form? Is the form embedded on any of your web pages? If so, please provide us with the web page URL where the form is embedded or the direct URL of the form so that we can test it further. It would be helpful if you can provide us with a screenshot of the issue to understand better.
You may observe some issues with older versions of Internet Explorer which we do not recommend to use with JotForm. Otherwise, all the browsers with the latest version are compatible with JotForm and should be working fine.
