I have been trying to set the email up to receive the forms from my website.
For any reason, the form is not working with our email firstname.lastname@example.org which is our main email.
I open another email account on outlook.com just to prove the form, and it worked well.
Can you help me with this matter?

We've sent the email to your Verizon address. This is based on our email log which you can also check under your email history section (https://www.jotform.com/help/293-How-to-view-all-your-form-Email-History).
If you are not getting the emails to your inbox, they may have been filtered as spam so please check your spam folder and make sure to mark the Jotform emails as not spam. I would also suggest adding email@example.com to your contact or safe sender list. This would ensure that you'll get the form emails straight to your email inbox.
