How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription by going to the pricing page (https://www.jotform.com/pricing) or to your account's billing page (https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/billing). You will see the different plans available there. Just scroll down for the Starter (Free) subscription column and click the downgrade button. This will cancel your existing subscription and will switch your account back to free status.
