This has happened in the past couple of weeks and I can't alleviate the problem.

All users on browsers that both have visited or never visited the forms are seeing one of two errors. I have also cleared the caches on the JotForm account settings end.

    "502 Bad Gateway nginx"

    "Upload Error"

Is there anything you can see with these forms (one of which I cloned to test) that could be contributing to this? My other forms are working as anticipated, still.

    Hello bbitzer,

I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you.

I did test your form and I am able to replicate the issue you are having. It shows "502 Bad Gateway" error message.

Upon taking a closer look at your form, I found that you have integrated it with FTP which is sending the uploads to your FTP server. I would suggest you to please check your FTP credential which you have used in your form's submission page. The best solution would be to remove the existing FTP integration and integrate again.

    Thank you!
