How to update form warnings of payment fields?

Hi again, 

My apologies...I just tried to send myself the form and test it. When putting in my credit card information I received an error message on the Expiration Month drop down. There are not options for numeric values on this form. Is this something that can be updated? Thank you!

This field can only contain numeric values

We would like to apologize for any confusion, however, the warning message you got, "This field can only contain numeric values" is not intended for the "Expiration Month" of the payment field. It refers to the amount that was entered in the donation textbox field.
