Storage Limitation

For the free membership, does the form stop working if the 500 entries collect in storage? Does it keep working but not store any new entries, or does it slowly overwrite the older entries?

As mentioned in this guide — Understanding-Your-Account-Usage-and-Limits, 

"If you exceed your limit, the oldest submission data will be deleted, giving way for the new ones to be received."

This means that if you have already reached the 500 submission storage limit (Free accounts) and you received another submission, the oldest submission will be deleted. This does not refer only to the oldest submission of the form that received the latest submission but it refers to the oldest submission in the account.
