How can I check if an entry is already in the results

    Hi,

I'm using a form to track users my support team bans from a system. The first form field is a user_id which is a unique identifier in my system.

Is there a way that when an agent enters this key - before allowing submission, the form checks the list of form responses for that field and if there is a match, not to allow submission?

In the attached screenshot, this is the field "User Key".

    Hello,

You can set one of your fields on our form for Unique Question. This way, it will identify if the answer for a specific field was already submitted previously, and it will prevent the submission of the same information anymore.
