Hi Hypermax,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. If I understood you correctly, you want to scan a QR code and display its name and ID. If this is the case, you can add a QR code to the Autoresponder email sent to the user after submission. Scanning this QR code will redirect the user to a page that displays the user's submission data.
1. Open your Autoresponder Email settings and add the QR code there.
- In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
- In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Emails.
- Now, click on Add an Email.
- Next, select Autoresponder Email.
4. On the Email Content section, click the >_ icon to open the Source Code window.
5. Add this code there for the QR code image: <img src="https://chart.googleapis.com/chart?chs=150x150&cht=qr&chl=https://www.jotform.com/submission/%7Bid%7D&choe=UTF-8" alt="Your unique QR code0122" width="150" height="150" />
6. Once done, click OK then Save. When the user submits the form, they will receive an autoresponder email with a QR code:
After scanning the QR code, you should be redirected to the submission page. However, if you have enabled the "Login required to view submissions" setting on the security page, you will be prompted to log in first before viewing the submission page.
- Login to your Jotform account.
- Hover your mouse over your Avatar/Profile picture on the right side of the screen.
- In the dropdown, click on Settings.
- Now, go to the Security tab and uncheck the box next to Require Login to View Uploaded Files under the Privacy section.
