Can we replace field with another one?

Hi,

We created a form with a text box for full name, but realize that when we get the forms, we can't search by last name. If I delete that and create two text boxes, one for first name, and one for last name, then I think it will show as two columns and I can sort by last name.

If I edit the form, however, it looks as though if I delete that field I will lose all the names that have already filled out the form.

Suggestions?

You may consider hiding (right mouse click > hide) the current full name field to keep the old data.

Then, add the new text boxes to your form.
