We are not receiving any emails from our form. There are three emails listed, and NONE of them are getting emails from the form. When I log onto the site, I get a message that my email is in your "bounce" list, but I have no idea why. I click to remove it from the bounce list, log out, log in again, and still get the same message.
This has happened before. How can we fix this?

We're sorry for any inconvenience.
I checked the email logs but I couldn't find any Bounced email there.
All were marked as sent. If the issue still happens you could set SMTP as your sender email, here is how to do that: https://www.jotform.com/help/244-How-to-Setup-SMTP-for-a-Form
That should prevent email bouncing.
