    Hi

First of all, thank you for a great product! I am using jotform for my travel agency website (www.nordicgreentravel.com) and it has been working very well, a part from one issue. When people fill out the forms and press send, the emails always end up in our spam folder. They are always sent to the same email address (info@nordicgreentravel.com), and i have tried to mark them as "not spam" or "not junk" in my spam folder. but they still keep ending up in there.

Do you have a simple solution for me to fix this problem? I have search the support forum but didn´t find an answer that solves this issue, or atleast no one that confirms it.

    Best regards

Apologies for the inconvenience. I checked your email notification and the sender is noreply@jotform.com. Since you have your own domain nordicgreentravel.com and you are sending to the email server of that domain, it may be appropriate for your email notifications to have custom sender which uses your own SMTP and will be trusted by your recipient.

Please see the following guide on How to Add a Custom Sender Address to an Email Alert
