Why is there no more space on my form

    I deleted all submissions and it still says I am out of space. I don't understand

    Hi,

    You have reached the monthly Payment Submission limit. For the Free Account, you only have 10 Payment Submissions limit.

    To increase your Payment Submission limit, please upgrade your account. Here's a guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/331-How-to-Upgrade-My-Account

    You can also wait for our monthly limit reset every first day of the month if you have decided not to upgrade your account.
