Our form is not showing up properly on our website

    Hi there.

     

    The owner of our company has put a jotform for our contact us. And for some reason it's not displaying properly and I'm not well versed enough in CSS to know what to do.

     

    I've attached what it should look like. This is what it currently looks like on Chrome and Edge.

    I'm not sure what to do and I'd love some advice.

    The whole form is showing up on the page, but if the issue persists, I would suggest re-embedding the form using our iframe method (https://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code).

    The iframe allows you to control the form height. Just adjust the height value if necessary. See image for the height value:
