Wordpress embedded form will not allow for completing submissions

Hello! One of my customers is all in a panic because messages from her website aren't going through. Sure enough, I went to her site - www.leadershipsiouxland.org - and the contact form gets stuck at "Please Wait" and never sends the info through...

I switched the reCaptcha from default to Google, hoping for some reason that may shake things up, but it didn't.

Does anyone have any insight as to what may be happening?

It looks like the form is embedded using the wordpress plugin, this is the likely culprit.

Try replacing the plugin embedded form with the form iframe code instead:

    This should resolve the issue.

THANK YOU! At first blush it seems to work peachy now... If I have any more issues I'll be sure to holler, but it looks like this was the culprit!

    Thank you!
