going to spam

    I have received feedback that the auto-emails are going to prospect's spam folders. My tests have shown the same. 

    Is there an easy way to resolve this?

    The easiest way to resolve it is to mark the emails as "Not Spam" or your email providers equivalent.  When one or two are marked this way, they should no longer be filtered.

    That does not seem to work.
    Is there a way for the email to come from my address?

    Yes, you can send emails from your own address via SMTP.  Here is how to set this up:
