i am receiving an error form over quota, Please help in disabling SSL on my form please

Hi,
Your submission count did not seem to reset properly. You received an over quota message because your number of submissions for this month exceeded 100 submissions which is the limit for the "Free" plan, however, the count was incorrect on your end. We have reset it now and your form should be working again.
Note that SSL is enabled when you use the protocol HTTPS on the form URL. We do not advise that you remove or change this protocol as this is another layer for security.
