The downloaded PDF is not displaying the edited version

    When I review submission, the "EDIT" formatted version is the only version I want to save. The 'print', 'download', and 'PDF' versions are different. But I do not see a way to SAVE the EDIT version.

    How can the EDIT view be saved or printed?

    Hi DrW,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Can you please provide the form URL you are having issues with? If you are accessing and editing the form submission in Jotform Tables, you will need to submit the edited submission first to apply changes in the PDF document. Once submitted, you can download the PDF submission with the edited submission. Check out my screencast below to see an example:
