Form emailing wrong person

    I have 4 recipients setup to receive one of my forms yet it also goes to one of the other email addresses that isn't supposed to receive it.  How do I fix that?   It used to work just fine and I haven't made any changes.  Not sure why it is messing up now.

    That is correct.. So why did it go to the other person that I showed you on the previous attachment?
