Airtable Integration is breaking after couple of hours.

This morning we redid the Airtable integrations for multiple forms after noticing that they were not syncing (they had been authenticated after Airtable ended API already). Those forms synced for about 2 hours and stopped again. When we go into the form>settings>integrations>Airtable we see the action for the specific base labeled as Enabled but when we click edit we get:

Airtable fields couldn't be reached We are not able to reach your Airtable fields. Please authenticate including required integration permissions for your bases and workspaces.

This is the same message that was displayed earlier today when we originally went in a redid all of the authentication for our integrations only to have them fail less than 2 hours later (according to the action logs). How do we make this not happen again in a couple of hours?

    Hi Sarrington,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I am sorry you are having trouble with this. Keep in mind that since Airtable discontinued the use of API Keys, simply editing the integration will not suffice. You will first need to remove the integration and then re-integrate it.

Give it a try and let us know if the problem re-occurs.

We redid every integration (removed the integration and re-integrated) at the beginning of the month. These were already updated integrations that stopped working.

    Hi Sarrington,

Thanks for getting back to us. I’m really sorry that this is happening. Have you tried clearing your browser cache? Sometimes, outdated cache can interfere with authentication. Try to clear your browser's cache, then try re-authenticating your Airtable integration to re-establish a fresh connection. You might also want to check out these guides.

Can you go ahead and try it and let us know how it goes? If the same thing happens again, we'll investigate it more to see if we can figure out what's going on.

Let us know if you have any other questions.

Clearing the browser cache did not fix the issue we are experiencing.

    Hi Sarrington,

Thanks for getting back to us. I understand the issue, but I’ll need a bit of time to work out a solution. I’ll get back to you shortly.

We appreciate your patience while we work on a solution.

    Hi Sarrington,

Thanks for your patience and understanding, we appreciate it. I’m sorry you're having difficulties with this. I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. Check out the screencast below to see my results:

As you can see, I was able to get the submission data to the sample Airtable. Can you try using a different Airtable account to see if the same issue will happen? If you can take a screenshot of what’s happening, that will help us to better understand what’s going on. We have a guide about how to do that here.

Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this.
