How to sort PayPal products alphabetically?

I have two questions for the same element.  I use the list element to display inventory which will be changing occasionally.

 

#1  How do I get the list to populate alphabetically each time I add/remove data?

#2  How do I add a new row in between two current rows displaying data?

I am not sure if I have understood your question correctly. Are you using a widget where you want to list the options alphabetically?

I did check your form and did not find any listing widget. You seems to have PayPal payment tool added in form. Do you mean to say that you want to alphabetically sort the product items in your payment tool?

Please note that payment fields displays the products in the same order you have added but you can manually drag & drop to change the position of products. Please check the screenshot below:

Please look at my screen shot and you will see a list of inventory. Let’s say that I need to add more Budweiser items below the current Budweiser and above the Busch items. How do I had a new row(s) in between Budweiser and Busch?

I do not know about the elements used in this form since I did not build it, but rather I’m working with a clone from the original. I asked this question about how the list were created but I didn’t receive a reply. So if I understand you correctly, the only way to get inventory to display alphabetically is if I manually enter in alphabetical order, or I can drag and drop current rows to create an alphabetical order?

Just like what my colleague Ashwin said, you are probably referring the products in the payment field. You can edit the products in the payment settings. Just click the field and then click the "Payment Settings" button.

 

How do I add a new row(s) in between Budweiser and Busch?

You need to add a new product and then drag it in between the Budweiser and Busch. In the Products tab, click the "Create New Product" button to add another item.

You can manually drag and drop the products in order to sort them. Here's a screen capture:
