    Unfortunately, I was not able to replicate the issue when I did a test submission on your direct form. Here's a screen capture:

    Please try to re-embed the form using the iFrame method. Here's a guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-form-iFrame-code.

    If the issue persists, please provide the URL of your Wordpress website so that we can further investigate.
