Im having issues with saving my form the exact way I want it.

When I edit my form to the exact way I want it, it looks the way it should, but when I publish the form not everything saves. When I go back to edit, it is correct again. This has happened with multiple forms.

I have checked the provided link in edit mode and preview mode. However, I see that the form is displaying correctly as shown in the build mode.
