    Duplicate data created by import tool

    I just started a Bronze Jotform subscription. I started with zero records uploaded 684 records (of existing members) using your import tool. The tool reported 684 uploads, and my Forms splashpage also states I have 684 entries. However, when I look at my submissions, I have exactly double the number of records (1368). Each entry has been duplicated. I tried to use the tool you have to delete duplicate records, but this tool fails to load. Please advise how I can fix this problem.

    Will you be able to just redo the import process using the Import Data app again?

    What you can do is to have a clean submission data on your form by deleting all the previously imported data. Then, do the import data process again using your data source.

    See if redoing the import resolve the issue.

    So far I could not reproduce the same issue you described when I test our Import Data app on my test form. There is no duplication on imported data.

    Please let us know if issue remains.

    Thanks, I fixed the problem by re-importing the data. Everything looks good now.
