I wrote last month and my problem continues... I do not receive the email. I´ve changed the email but it doesn´t work...

Please try checking your Spam folder or Junk mail. According to the email logs, the download all uploads email was sent successfully to your email address.
If the email is in the Spam folder, please don't forget to mark it as "Not Spam". You may also check the "Promotions" tab in your email inbox.
