How to populate user's personal details from previous submission data?

if the customer wants to order the same week in week out can you do this without having to fill out all there persoanl deatilas again?

Unfortunately it is currently not possible to populate form fields from previous submission data or external source. The only option is to ask your users to submit a new form again.

In the above guide, you need to exclude one step:

#1. Form 1 & Form 2 both will be same form URL in your case.
