Email Notification: Fields names in email notification do not match with fields in form

Goo day 

We seem to have a problem with the emails we receive once a Bookatable Complex Offer Setup Form - Bella Italia form is submitted.

The following fields convert:

Marketing End Date to Marketing Start Date

Dining Start Date to Marketing Start Date

Dining End Date to Dining Start Date

This is not the text on the online form but it is how is appears once we receive the email submission.

This is very confusing for our internal team so setup and is creating errors.

Please let us know how this can be resolved?
