There have been a few times this week, where people completing my form let me know they did not receive a copy of their form and I did not receive the notification that they did complete the form. Are there currently issues with the system?

I checked your account email history and did not see any failed emails in the past month.

Check your spam/junkmail folder to ensure the emails were not filtered there. There are not any issues at this with sending that I am aware of.

An end user just submitted a form and I did not receive the appropriate notification. The submission date is “2017-08-04 13:20:24”. I checked my junk email and there was nothing in there.

I submitted your form and I received the autoresponder email.
Based on our logs, email notification is also sent.
Can you please also check with your email provider if they are filtering emails from us?
