Does Jotform work better with Google Chrome or Internet Explorer?

    I had some people that were using the form that said they were not able tocomplete their form using Google Chrome.

    The form works in any browser, specially Chrome, which is one of them most reliable ones. Was there any error message shown when trying to submit the form?

    There wasn’t an error message they said... "after I put my payment information in and click next it stays on the same page. My co-worker is also having the same issue”
    He emailed me later and said he tried it in Internet Explorer and it went through.

    The form is not embedded. The next button in the payment page is working for me. I got it to proceed on the last page where the preview button is placed.

    If the issue persists on Google Chrome, try asking your co-worker to check the console of the browser. Share them this guide on how to check:
