Confirmation email is not displaying all of the info we created

    When a person registers for our event using our form at https://form.jotform.us/DLAForms/conference-information--registratio they are not getting the confirmation email that we created, the confirmation email we created is at https://www.jotform.com/build/71084397041152/settings/emails

    What they are getting is this (see below) which is missing all of the hotel reservation, cancellation info, etc

    Can you help me fix this so that hotel reservation, cancellation, etc info is  showing at the bottom of their email confirmation message?

    I tested your form, but I was not able to replicate mentioned issue. Additional info that you added to your Autoresponder email is shown in the email that I received.
