Hi,
I am creating a form to embed into my freshdesk service platform. But when I embed it the display is very narrow. It looks like it is mobile responsive (but I need it to be both)
Is there a way I can change this, so it adapts to the platform it is working in.

Please share the URL of the webpage where you have embedded your form, so we can inspect further.

For us to properly view the images, please open this thread: https://www.jotform.com/answers/1217016 on a browser and follow the steps in this guide How to add screenshots/images to questions to the support forum?
Moreover, the site you have provided: https://barryplant.freshservice.com/support/login requires login credentials and we couldn't access it. Please provide us a way around so that we can have an access and in order for us to better assist you.
