Adobe Muse: Form not displaying on mobile breakpoint

I just added a new form to a responsive website on Adobe Muse and it is only appearing on the full size breakpoint. I adjust the size and the form goes away, I also can not see the form on my phone.

We have an other page that has a different form on it and it is functioning properly. However this new form is not.

I have removed it for the time being and am just directing to the link provided by Jotform, but would prefer to have it embedded in our site.

    Please advise, ASAP.

Please do a test by embedding an iFrame form code to see if that helps with different breakpoints.

    Getting the form iFrame code

Let us know how it goes.

Of course I had tried that and it didn't work properly, but just tried again and it seems to be working now.

Might I suggest that under the Platform, 3rd party publish options, where you have Adobe Muse listed that you change it to using this code instead of what they give you as an option.

    Thanks for your help

Thank you for your update and suggestion.

I have forwarded a ticket to our developers regarding the Adobe Muse platform code that we provide by default.
