Embedded wordpress form only showing after refresh - inspector errors

    I've embedded a jotform in a wordpress.org page, and it doesn't load on the page until I click to refresh the page. I checked the inspector and it is showing the errors below. There is a google map embedded on the page as well. How can I fix this?

    Hi,

    Please do try re-embedding the form using either of the following options below:

    Method #1: Embed the form using the JotForm Embed Plugin, here it is: https://wordpress.org/plugins/embed-form. 

    Method #2: Embed the form using the iFrame embed code generated on your form builder. Here's a guide on how to get that: https://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-form-iFrame-code.
