Intergration to Salesforce not working

    Hello,

     

    I am trying to get JotForm to integrate with our salesforce program.  It did work for a while but now will not send any information from JotForm to Salesforce.  Also, tried to update authentication and it tells me that everything is invalid.  I have reset my code, triple checked the correct user name and password.  Please help?

    I checked your account and I did not see any forms. Could you please provide the form ID or form link so we can further check it?

    I deleted and readded Saleforce at that time to see if I could get it to sync?  I now have successfully added salesforce again, however nothing is syncing from jotform to salesforce?  How can we get this updated on all our jotform to intergrate?  Thank you!!

    I tried to integrate a test form with a Salesforce account and it works without any issues on my end.

    May we know what list are you trying to add your form submission to, please? (Account, Contact, or Lead)

    If you can also share with us the form you are working on, that would be great.

    Just to add, if you are trying to add new records to a specific campaign, please follow the instructions on how you can get your Salesforce account campaign ID that is in this guide — How-to-Find-Your-SalesForce-Campaign-s-ID

    Hello,

    Thank you everything we are trying to integrate is for contact information only?  Specifically, warrior application, volunteer forms, Anytime fitness application, veteran contact us? I was working with the warrior application and after updating everything it said connected to salesforce but isn't integrating the data......thank appreciate your help. :)

    If it is not sending the submissions, try generating a new security token, then integration your form back again.
