Email display sender name with our site email address.

    Hi ,

    Please kindly check the attachment.

    When receive email.

    The sender display sender name with our site email address.   not their email address.

    I can not find option to change it.

     

    Can it display sender name with their own email address?

    You have set your own email address as Sender Email inside of the Notification settings and because of that, your email address is shown as the sender email.

    If you want that email address that your user entered is used as the Sender Email, will need to add an SMTP sender through Mandril. Inside of this guide, you can find how to do it:
